I recently wrote about how I like to utilize the scarves from our Lightweight Collection as a wonderful travel accessory. The same qualities that make this particular collection easily packable for travel also translate to keeping this scarf on hand in your purse or car as an effortless layering piece.
Texas summers are long and HOT! Though it is often stifling outside, the A/C is frequently overdone and frigid inside to make up for it. As someone who is easily chilled, I always take a pashmina or wrap with me to indoor dinners, events, or even just for shopping at the mall with friends. The 100% Merino Wool fabric of our lightweight collection does not easily wrinkle, is not heavy, and is not overly delicate or easy to snag like the silky fabric of a pashmina. It truly is my go-to for folding in my tote and taking with me for the day!
Whether its a friend or family's ornament exchange or a laid back white elephant gift exchange with the girls, a "go-to" holiday season casual look is a must!
Holiday looks don't require the incorporation of red and green clothing to be festive. Some of our favorite holiday looks are created from a neutral combination. This particular ensemble features black, ivory, and grey tones.
Leather pants are a fun take on jeans that can elevate any outfit and bring an additional level of interest. The ivory turtleneck is a beautiful neutral palette to showcase our light grey and ivory herringbone scarf. The herringbone scarf is an eye-catching piece that stands out on the black and ivory color palette we've designed here. The lace up flats are a bit fancier and more exciting than a plain ballet flat but more casual (and comfortable!) than a heel. The gold heel tips are a fun extra detail that adds a bit of holiday flair!

The temperature is dropping in Dallas and we've finally gotten our first taste of winter. While winter is often associated with drab, cold colors, such as shades of grey, I find these to be some of the most beautiful winter color palettes for apparel. There is so much possibility in a black and grey toned look!
Our light grey herringbone scarf is a versatile, winter staple. The cashmere/merino blend is thick, warm, and easy to style. It truly stays in place and has a substantial weight to it. I've paired our light grey herringbone here with black skinny jeans and a black cashmere turtleneck sweater. Black is universally flattering and a "go-to" for me especially in the wintertime. The black backdrop allows this unique patterned scarf to truly stand out all on its own. While I've dressed the look up a bit with a pair of my favorite M.Gemi grey t-strap heels, it would be just as beautiful in with a casual pair of booties or riding boots.
The light grey and cream color combination in particular is well suited for pairing with many different types of winter outfits. If I were planning a winter vacation of any sort, this would absolutely be on my packing list! It effortlessly pairs with any shade of black or dark grey and could also be a beautiful color combination with shades of deep brown.
