At Worthington Corners, we are so happy to offer monogramming at no additional cost on our Cashmere, Herringbone, Lightweight, and Pashmina Collections. The mohair weave of our Fluffy Collection is too delicate to be safely embroidered. You can read more about our mohair fabrics here.
Our monograms are sewn with the highest quality thread and intended to last through dry cleaning and regular wear. It is important to follow all care instructions properly both for the longevity of your monogram and the fibers of our Irish textiles themselves.
We offer a selection of four different font choices (shown below) and a large array of colors with which you may choose to personalize your scarf or pashmina.
- Royal Blue
- Baby Blue
- Bright Pink
- Baby Pink
- Metallic Gold
- Metallic Silver
Monograms are typically either 1, 2, or 3 letters.
1 letter monograms are traditionally either the first initial of the first name for an individual or the first initial of the last name for a couple or family. For Example, Jane Smith would be "J" and the Smith Family would be "S."
A 2 letter monogram could be either the first initial of the first name and the first initial of the last name for an individual or the first initial of the first names of a couple. For example, Joe Smith would be "JS" and Jane and Joe Smith would be "JJ."
The most common monogram we stitch on our scarves are 3 letter monograms. For an individual, the 3 letter monogram would be the first initial of the first name, last name, and middle name. For example, Jane Mary Smith would be "JSM" with the "S" being a larger character than the "J" and "M." For the married couple, Jane and Joe Smith, the 3 letter monogram would be the wife's first initial, last name initial, and husband's first initial, "JSJ."
